al momento de imprimir cualquier documento siempre me aparece en la primera hoja varios textos que al parecer es la descripcion del documento que estoy imprimiendo (cuantos caracteres, la fecha de impresion etc)... finalmente el documento que quiero aparece en la segunda hoja... el problema esta en la plantilla normal.dot porque la menciona en dicha primera pagina... la he borrado en la ruta c:/documents and settings....etc pero sigue igual... alguien sabe que tengo que hacer para que ya no me aparezca esa hoja... ?
